Exercise 12: Printing and Exporting

In this exercise we'll show you how to print out your results or export the results to a delimited or HTML file.

Note: Linkbot will always print or export contents of the Child or Parents tab (whichever is selected). You can't print the contents of any other view on the report window.

To print out your results:

Select Print from the File menu inside the Report Window.
Alternatively, you can create a site report and print from the Browser.

To export your results to HTML

Select Export to HTML from the File menu. Note that the format of the HTML export can be customized in the Options.
Alternatively, you can create a site report and use Linkbot's formatted reports.

To export your results to a delimited file:

Select Export Delimited Text from the File menu. Linkbot will then export the contents of the Child or Parent Tab to a text file. Each field in the file will be separated by a comma.

The delimited file export function is useful if you want to import your results to a database or spreadsheet:
